All of us are bountiful, whole, complete beings. Our discontent arises only when we flee from our core. Our hunger and attempt to satisfy it with food when we are unhappy further distance us from our own selves.

A slow and organised journey back to our original, complete state signifies breatharianism.

It’s a return to a state of contentment, wholeness, and completion.
