Breatharian Process in-person

Food Freedom (Living on Prana | Breatharianism). What does it mean?

Every human being has the potential to free themselves from the need to consume solid food, even though most people are tied to their habits, beliefs, memories, and traditions, and remain unaware of this ability.

How does it work?
If a person sustainably reduces (without harming their health) the density and quantity of food they ingest, feeling more energy than before, sleeping less than before, with little weight loss, they are freeing themselves from the need for food.
What are the benefits?
The body mass is finally under control. The participant has gained the ability to increase or decrease their body mass through the restoration of their life force. The available energy inside the body is greater than before. This means that life force restores the genetic and cellular system, producing more vitality at every moment of life.
The quality of sleep improves, and its duration may begin to shorten, thus offering more time to live your life.
More tranquility and inner peace, thanks to the increase in life force. So, you break free from energy depression, expanding natural happiness. To share with those you love and all of creation.

What do we consume during the process?

We simply replace solid food with liquid food for the duration of the process. By liquid food, we mean anything that does not require chewing, biting, or tearing with the teeth.

Liquid food contains calories, so we don’t just consume water; we consume a variety of liquids -light, medium, and dense- both savory and sweet, with different textures and flavors. For example: tea, herbal teas, coffee, hot chocolate, broths, soups, purees, fruit and vegetable juices, smoothies, yogurt, anything creamy, etc.

The reason we use calorie-containing liquids during our process is to organize a safe and gradual cellular transition over time. Keeping the information of liquid calories in our body allows us to awaken our life force and human spirit while sustainably installing breatharian technology.

Who is this process best suited for?
• People who want to have a first experience with expert breatharian coaches and a safe, sustainable protocol.
• People who have already practiced pranic living and need support in their transition journey.
• People looking to restore their physical, emotional, or mental state.
• People trying to balance their relationship with food.
• People who have neglected their lifestyle and need to restore their life force.
• Curious individuals looking to explore a better version of themselves.
What does a typical day look like?
Each day, early in the morning, we offer physical awakening (walking, martial arts, yoga, Qi Gong, stretching, etc.).
In the afternoon, there is free time, and occasionally, we organize excursions to visit the surroundings.
We come together every morning and evening for a moment of sharing. Each sharing begins with a short guided meditation.
Each participant will have their moment during each sharing to talk about their experience and ask questions.

The facilitator guides everyone through the different stages of healing (physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual) and answers all participants' needs and questions.
The facilitator will provide advice on how to consume liquids during the process.
The facilitator will guide the integration process, i.e., how to integrate daily life with the breatharian journey.

At the end of the process, the facilitator will assess the breatharian criteria of each participant.
Here is an example of daily schedule:
• 7h – walk in nature or physical activity
• 11h – morning group sharing
• 13h - 18h excursion/free time
• 19h – evening group sharing
• 21h – possible evening events

What happens after the journey?

We take care of each participant after the journey, knowing they will face challenges in their social environment, at work, with family, and friends. The group chat will be available for support, and you can reach your facilitator privately.

Options for stabilizing different breatharian categories include:
• Continue with liquids most of the time and occasionally have a solid food meal (e.g., once a day, one or two times a week, or monthly). This would stabilize food freedom in category 3 and possibly prepare for category 4.
• Balance days of liquid food and days of solid food (e.g., one day with liquids, one day with solids, or any other combination). This would place you between categories 2 and 3.
• Fully return to solid food and occasionally do some liquid days, which means food freedom in category 2.
